60-Day Performance Guarantee
We stand behind our service with a straightforward guarantee: if we don't generate at least 5 booked jobs from your past customers within your first 60 days, you pay nothing for those 60 days.
How the Guarantee Works
- You subscribe to RepeatFlow and provide your customer list.
- We launch your email campaigns within 48 hours.
- Over the next 60 days, we track reactivated customers who rebook a service as a direct result of our campaigns.
- If fewer than 5 customers rebook within 60 days, we refund both months of subscription fees in full.
Conditions
To qualify for the performance guarantee:
- You must provide a customer list of at least 200 valid email addresses
- The contacts must be genuine past customers of your business (not purchased or scraped lists)
- You must respond to customer inquiries generated by the campaigns within 48 hours
- Your subscription must remain active for the full 60-day evaluation period
Standard Cancellation
Outside of the 60-day guarantee, RepeatFlow subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@repeatflow.cc. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for the performance guarantee refund, contact us at hello@repeatflow.cc with your account details. We will review your campaign performance data and process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
